Well the edible flowers have certainly settled into their new home in the polytunnels, with the plants really flowering well.
Not just the nasturtiums are flowering well, but the violas are really enjoying the micro-climate of the large tunnel. Their smiley faced flowers, with a detail that is stunningly beautiful.
The nasturtiums take some beating, their vibrant orange, paper thin flowers, balance delicate and showy.
Whereas the primulas offer a rosette type flower, their numerous petals present a more intricate arrangement.
All provide a welcome addition to a chef's plate and can't do anything but appeal - especially when they can add to the taste of the plate they adorn.
